Manitoba mining claims map
Every active mineral title in Manitoba on one map, with its holder, its dates and what it owes. Track the ground you care about and get an email when anything changes.
How titles stay in good standing
A claim stays in good standing to its good-to date. Work is required from the second year, and the holder has 60 days after the date to file it.
When lapsed ground reopens
The Mines and Minerals Act opens an expired claim for staking at 12 noon on the day after the holder's interest expires. The province records cancellations about a month later, so land can be open before the registry shows it.
