Is the AI analyst trained on my data?

No. The AI analyst reads our consolidated database of public tenure records when you ask a question, and shows where each answer came from. Your watch lists and questions are not used to train anything.

What powers the AI analyst?

It is built on Claude, Anthropic's AI model, working with read-only access to our consolidated tenure database. It looks records up rather than answering from memory, which is why every answer cites the registry and date. Your questions and watch lists are not used to train AI models.

Where in Canada does it cover?

How fresh is the data?

Most registries refresh daily, some weekly. Every page and answer shows when each province or territory was last updated.
